Cognigive isn't a punishment tool. It's a game where your ability to disconnect becomes currency.

What does "Parking" your phone mean?

You don't need to install invasive software. "Parking" simply means starting a session in our web app and leaving your phone alone.

The Counter: As long as the "Parking" screen is active, you accumulate minutes.
The Golden Rule: If you switch tabs, close the browser, or use another app, the counter stops.
Cumulative: You don't have to do it all at once. Add minutes while studying, sleeping, or dining with friends.

Two Ways to Win

Solo Mode

Ideal for your personal goals. You vs. Yourself.

Choose a prize from the catalog.
You are responsible for accumulating 100% of the time.
Win movie tickets, discounts, and products.

Squad Mode

Bigger challenges, better prizes, shared effort.

Create a group and invite friends via email.
The minutes goal is divided among everyone.
Example: Pizza for the whole class if everyone disconnects for 1 hour.

Your Roadmap

1. Choose your Adventure

Enter the portal and browse "Challenges". Filter by rewards you like or local brands.

Tip: Look for challenges with "Multi-device Bonus" to add minutes faster if you have a tablet.

You can close your laptop screen, but don't close the browser tab.

2. Activate the Session

Hit "Start" and leave the device. Do your homework, go for a run, or sleep. The progress bar advances on its own.

3. Save and Repeat

When you return, hit "End Session" to save your minutes. If you've hit the daily limit, come back tomorrow.

You'll see graphs of your "detox" history in your profile.

Sometimes you'll need to scan a QR code at the physical store.

4. Redeem your Reward

Upon reaching the goal, a unique Voucher is generated. Use it online or at the sponsor's physical store.

Does your class use Cognigive?

Teachers (Mentors) can create exclusive challenges for your classroom (e.g., "Exam week without distractions"). Ask your teacher to sign up and give you their Join Code.

How to join a Mentor:

Go to the "Community" tab in the app.
Enter the teacher's 8-character code.
Done! Classroom challenges will appear automatically.
